EMDR Therapy
Are you a first responder, front line worker, or public safety personnel, struggling to manage post-traumatic stress symptoms? Have you experienced an occupational stress injury? Do you feel activated, out of control, or shut down due to operational stress?
Are you a leader seeking to explore the art of self-regulation, calm personal reactivity, and optimize your ability to manage, or supervise others?
Are you a peer, or colleague experiencing vicarious trauma, or compassion fatigue, and realize you must ‘do your own work’?

MSW, RSW / EMDR Therapist / Owner: Moxie, Mettle & Soul Therapy Collective Inc.
I practice EMDR as a complete psychotherapeutic modality. I am informed by an integrative mind-body approach, rooted in a Polyvagal-informed theoretical framework. I blend elements of CBT, Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Attachment-Based, Somatic, IFS & Ego State Therapies.
I am informed by 32 years working in mandated-public services (social services, adult & youth probation, corrections/custody). I have lived experience working within organizational systems, operational stress injury, and post-traumatic stress injury.
I moved across Canada in a policing family, and have immediate family members still engaged in active-duty (policing, nursing, fire, and EMS). I aim to create space to ‘meet you where you are at’. I am honoured to be your guide on a journey towards transformative healing!
